Teams participating in the Bison / NBDA Freshman Tournament need to submit a team registration form. A copy of the form should have been emailed to you, but if you did not receive one, you may request a copy of the form by email from FroshTournament. An attachment will then be sent to your email address. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to use in filling out the form. When all the information is complete, there is a "submit" button at the upper right of the form -- clicking on that button automatically sends your form to the NBDA.
NOTE: In order for the "submit" button to work, you must be using an active email application such as "Outlook" on a PC or "Mail" on a Mac. If you are using a web based service such as gmail or yahoo, the "submit" button will not function.
The form will then be processed and a copy sent back to you for confirmation.
The information from this form will be used to produce the tournament program -- your cooperation is appreciated.
When filling out the form:
1) Spell all names accurately -- these will be used for the tournament program.
2) Follow the suggested formats.
3) Grade = ‘11 - ‘12 school year
4) “Varsity?” -- indicate if the player participated on a varsity team for ‘11 - ‘12
5) “Top Player? “ -- indicate if you consider the player one of the best on your team for selection to the Bison Gold team -- please limit to no more than 3 of your players.
6) Do not be concerned if text entries “wrap” to a next line.
7) Make sure players keep the same jersey numbers they are assigned as these will be used for the program and official score sheets.
You should try to fill out the form at one sitting as you probably won't be able to save it. Try to fill out all information, but if there is a piece of information missing, you may leave it blank and still submit the rest of the information. If changes occur in your roster, please contact Joe Weyand, asap. We would like to have the program information as accurate and complete as possible, so feel free to make additions / corrections right up to the deadline.
If you want to print a copy, you will need two sheets of legal sized paper.
The deadline for submitting rosters to be included in the tournament program is May 5. |
