Please get your team entered and paid by May 16th - your cooperation is needed in this matter so that we can finalize our schedule and get our officials hired. | What’s new in 2008? 3 sites will be used in Lincoln – earlier end on Saturday! AIR CONDITIONED GYMS AT ALL SITES! This year our camp does NOT conflict with ACT testing! “March Madness” Team Camp Special – sign up early and save $$$$ Dear Coach: Our 9th annual NBDA Team Camp will be held this year on Friday, June 13th, and Saturday, June 14th in Lincoln, NE. Like last year – all gyms will be air-conditioned! Lincoln North Star, Lincoln Southwest, and Lincoln Southeast/Lincoln High will be used this summer. For the past five years the NBDA has fielded 60 teams for this tournament and we are very excited about this year’s field. We will try to have the schedule posted here no later than June 1, 2008 or sooner. Therefore, it is imperative that all teams must be entered and paid in full by May 16, 2008! There will be no exceptions to this deadline. We have had some difficulties in the past with teams delaying their entry or pulling out of the camp at the last moment. This prevents us from finalizing our camp schedule and creates hardships and uncertainty with the other schools that are involved. The cost for each team this year is $350.00. Coach -just like last year - one check or money order only – no cash, no individual player checks, and no late payments will be accepted. I really need your cooperation and understanding with the request that you must have your team entered and paid in full by May 16th, 2008! Please visit with your team and collect your fees as soon as possible in April and early May. We no longer will schedule teams or allow teams into the tournament once the May 16th deadline is here. It is too difficult for the director of officials to constantly keep re-arranging his schedule. YOUR COOPERATION LAST YEAR IN THIS MATTER WAS OUTSTANDING! Please write one check payable to the NBDA and send it to me at my home address. Coach, thanks again for your interest and plan on having a great time again this year on June 13h and 14th! It is important that you reserve your spot(s) again this year since last year we turned teams away. Please notify Mick Anderson via email – nbdamick@alltel.net of your intentions.
