| Note: the jersey numbers on the form still reflect last year's numbers -- these will automatically be reassigned to the corresponding new number after you complete the registration and the new jersey numbers will be reflected on your confirmation notice. Thus, the player you enter as Player Number 1 will be assigned jersey #3 rather than #5 (the number displayed on the registration form). |

Teams participating in the Bison / NBDA Freshman Tournament need to submit a team registration form. You may request a copy of the form by email from Don Hogue. An attachment will then be sent to your email address. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to use in filling out the form. When all the information is complete, there is a "submit" button at the upper right of the form -- clicking on that button automatically sends your form to the NBDA. The form will then be processed and a copy sent back to you for confirmation.
When filling out the form:
1) Spell all names accurately -- these will be used for the tournament program.
2) Follow the suggested formats, e.g. DOB = 00/00/00 and Height = 6-00 for 6’0”, etc.
3) Grade = ‘09 - ‘10 school year
3) “Varsity?” -- indicate if the player participated on a varsity team for ‘09 - ‘10
4) “Top Player? “ -- indicate if you consider the player one of the best on your team for selection to the Bison Gold team -- please limit to no more than 3 of your players.
5) Do not be concerned if text entries “wrap” to a next line.
You should try to fill out the form at one sitting, but if you are using your own computer, you can save the document and then reopen it later to complete it. Try to fill out all information, but if there is a piece of information missing, you may leave it blank and still submit the rest of the information. If changes occur in your roster, please contact Coach Hogue, asap.
A sample form is available by clicking here -- this version does not allow "fields" to be filled in -- you need to obtain that version from Coach Hogue. If you want to print a copy, you will need two sheets of legal sized paper.
The deadline for submitting rosters to be included in the tournament program is May 1 . |
