Chadron reached the Class C1 state championship game in 2009 and Zac was recognized as Class C1 All Tournament. He averaged 14.3 points and 5.4 rebounds for the season, scored 28 against Red Cloud, S.D. and had 11 rebounds against Syracuse. Zac was selected to the 2nd Team Class C1 All State team and was also a successful football player, named to the 1st Team All-District Football Team. Zac has a 3.5 gpa and is an honor roll student. Zac was on the NBDA Gold Team in 2007 and the NBDA White Team in 2008.
