Coach Moore attended Kearney State College after graduating from Abraham Lincoln High School (Council Bluffs) in 1981. He played basketball for the Lopers in ‘83 and ‘84 and graduated in 1986. He was a junior varsity coach at Moreno Valley, California from 1987 - 1992. He has been the head coach at North Platte High School since 1982. Coach Moore’s North Platte teams have been ranked in the top ten seven times, #3 in 2001 when they reached the state semifinals. He was the North Platte Telegraph Coach of the Year in 1996 and coached the Nebraska Coaches Association All Star game in 2007. Bob lives in North Platte with his wife, Kim and four children: Kylee (18), Trey (15), Danielle (13), and Jadyn (10).
