REDS 3 - 1 IN VEGAS
The Bison Red team swept their three pool games in Las Vegas, but were eliminated in the first round of the tournament by DMI, a team from Ohio / Pennsylvania.

*Bison Red put away the game with a19-3 run early in the second half. Bison Red shot 59 percent from the field and blocked 13 shots. Elliott Eliason had five blocked shots while Dylan Flinn added four. Tobin Reinwald had five assists and two blocked shots. Bison Red overcame 25 turnovers, including 15 in the first half.

*Bison Red trailed for much of the first half, but grabbed a one-point halftime lead and extended that with a 23-9 run over the first nine minutes of the second half. Tobin Reinwald scored 11 of his team-high 17 points in the second half. Salt Lake City built a eight-point lead in the first half on the strength of six 3-pointers, but the team made just 3 of 21 from beyond the arc in the seond half. Dylan Flinn grabbed a team-high nine rebounds while Elliott Eliason had 13 points, six rebounds and two blocked shots.

*Elliott Eliason scored a game-high 18 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lead Bison Red to its third straight win. Mike Dentlinger added 17 points on 8 of 11 field goal shooting.

*DMI, a select team comprised of players from Ohio and Pennsylvania, used a 20-2 run in the first half to erase a five-point deficit, then held off a furious rally by Bison Red in the second half. Bison Red trailed 49-28 with 12:34 left in the game, but pulled to within one point with 4:05 remaining thanks to a 27-7 run. A DMI 3-pointer pushed the lead back to four, but Zac Bargen drained a 3 from the right side to again slice the lead to one with 3:11 left. DMI then scored the next seven points to put the game away. Bison Red was again plagued by turnovers as 20 errors contributed to the come-from-behind loss. Four players finished in double figures while Dylan Flinn and Elliott Eliason pulled down 11 and 9 rebounds, respecitvely.
