The Bison Gold posted a 4 - 1 record at the Indiana Shootout. After finishing pool play undefeated, the Golds downed Randolph Boys Club, Wis., 60 - 41 to make the semi-finals of the tournament. Illinois Attack knocked the Nebraskans out of the tournament with a 66 - 59 win.

The Bison Gold won their first pool game in the Indiana Shootout by defeating Team Southern Indiana White a team from the Bedford Indiana area. After Team Southern scored the first 5 points of the game the Bison Gold's tough defense and good shooting gave them a 37-26 halftime. During the second half good defense again prevailed and lead to the 20 point margin of victory. Leading the scoring parade for the Bison Gold was Jake Nannen with 14 followed by Dylan Bohlke, Aaron Walker and Jack Hummel all with 10 points each. The Bison Gold will play their second pool game Tuesday evening against the Central Michigan All Stars.

The Bison Gold won their second pool play game in the Indiana Shootout by a score of 53-22 against the Central Michigan All Stars. The Bison Gold jumped out to an early 22-4 lead and never looked back leading 32-9 at half time. In the second half the Bison Gold extended their lead with tough defense to finish with a 31 point victory. The leading scorer for the Bison Gold was Connor Lusso with 14 points. The Bison Gold will finish out pool play on Wednesday afternoon and start tournament play on Thursday.

The Bison Gold won their pool in the Indiana Shootout by defeating the The Shining Stars Seasibaugh by the score of 57-44. Again great defense during the whole was the key to victory for the Bison gold. After leading 26-20 the Bison Gold opened up a 15 lead during the second half. The Stars did make a run mid way thru the second half to cut the lead to eight but easy layups and made free throws helped the Bison Gold to the victory. Leading the scoring parade was Jake Nannen with 19 points followed by Connor Lusso with 12 points. The Bison Gold will start tournament play on Thursday morning at 8 am.

The Bison Gold won their first tournament game of the Indiana Shootout by defeating the The Randolph Boys Club of Wisconsin 60-41. The Bison Gold jump out to a 9-0 lead to start the game. Again tough defense lead to a 32-13 lead at half time. The Boys Club cut the lead to 11 early in the second half but a Ryan Tegtmeirer 3 point shot stop the run and the Bison Gold lead by as many as 24 in the second half. Leading the scoring the Bison Gold was Connor Lusso with 19 followed by Jake Nannen with 10. The Bison Gold will play the Illinois Attach in the Semi Finals of the Gold Division.

The Bison Gold lost in the semi-finals the Indiana Shootout tournament to the Illinois Attach 66-59. After getting behind 9-2 early the Bison Gold took a 29-25 lead with 3 minutes to go in the first half. The Illinois Attach then went on a 8-0 run to take a 4 point halftime lead. During the second half the Attach extended their lead to as many as 13 points with under 5 minutes to go. The Bison Gold then turned up the defensive pressure to cut the score to 62-59 with 1:41 to go in the game. The Attach made free throws at the end of the game to secure the victory. Leading the scoring parade was Connor Lusso with 19 followed by Jake Nannen with 12 and Aaron Walker with 11. The Bison Gold will head to Chicago to play in the King James Classic Tournament. The Bison Gold's first game will be Friday evening at 5 pm.
