The Bison opened pool play in their last summer tournament by falling behind by as amny as 15 points in the first half. But were able to cut the into the lead by half time trailing 44-34. The Premier raced to another 15 point lead but this time The Bison went on a 17-2 run to tie the game at 65 a piece. However, poor free-throw shooting coupled with a 0 for 8 shooting beyond the arch. The Bison Blue lost their first pool game.

In their 2nd pool game the Bison matched up with a very quick and athletic club from St. Louis, MO. The game went back and forth in the first half as DK Augustine scored all of his 11 pts. before the break. But the Eagles went on a 8-2 rune late in the second half and sent the Bison to their 2nd pool loss in as many games. Reath Jiech led the Bison with 18 pts. and 14 rebounds. Galen Gullie also finished in double figures with 11.

All Iowa Attack.............................62
In the final pool play game the Bison got a hard fought 64-62 win in over-time against an All Iowa Attack team based out of Ames, IA. DK Augustine dominated the over-time period by scoring 4 of his game high 20 pts. and making a key block late in the period. Reath Jiech finished with 13 pts. and a game high 8 rebounds. The win left the Bison with a1-2 pool marked and sent them to a play out game against the KC Kings.

The Bison Blue's offense finally came alive in their final game of the summer. The Bison raced to a 35-19 first half lead and never looked back. Galen Gullie led the attack with 19 pts. followed by Reath Jiech who had 18pts. to along with his 9 rebounds as DK Augustine had 10 pts.and Alec Smith grabbed a team high 9 rebounds. The Bison Blue finished the summer with a 12-8 record.
